Filter housings are metal or plastic pressure vessels that hold filter cartridges or bags — the indispensable hardware foundation of any filtration system. JIUNYUAN offers two product lines: PFA Fool-Proof Lock Housings and Multi-Bag Housings — both available in custom designs to match process pressure, flow rate, material compatibility and connection specifications.

PFA Fool-Proof Lock housings use all-fluoropolymer construction with a unique locking mechanism that prevents mis-installation and contamination during change-out — making them the standard for semiconductor high-purity chemical (HF, HCl, H₂SO₄, NH₄OH) point-of-use filtration. Multi-Bag housings hold 4–24 filter bags in a single vessel, dramatically increasing throughput and reducing unit filtration cost; vessels are SS304 / SS316L with EPDM, Viton, PFA or Halar liners selected by service fluid.

Typical applications: semiconductor wet-process chemical distribution POU filtration, pharmaceutical WFI / purified water filtration, high-flow chemical pre-filtration, plating bath circulation, food & beverage pre-filtration, oilfield produced-water filtration, and power plant cooling water filtration.

Standard for advanced-node photoresist, CMP slurry, and aggressive-chemical POU filtration.
How many bags fit in a multi-bag housing? Maximum flow rate?
Standard 4-bag, 6-bag, 12-bag, and 24-bag configurations. Single bag size #1 (180 L/min) and #2 (450 L/min); a 24-bag housing reaches 10,800 L/min (~650 m³/h). Selection must consider pressure drop, dirt-holding capacity, and changeout frequency.
How to choose between SS304 and SS316L vessel material?
SS304 is suited for general water treatment and low-corrosion chemical service. SS316L contains molybdenum for chloride resistance — used for seawater, chlorinated chemicals, pharmaceutical WFI, and food & beverage. Aggressive acids/bases require PFA, Halar, PP-lined, or all-fluoropolymer construction.
