High-efficiency PP melt-blown filter element designed specifically for industrial filtration. Made of 100% pure polypropylene and a unique three-layer gradient pore design, it has high porosity and excellent dirt holding capacity. Various surface treatments such as grooves, embossing, and orange peel are available to increase the filtration area. Resistant to strong acids, alkalis and organic solvents, it is the economical first choice for RO pre-filtration, factory wastewater and chemical processes.

Fibre spun from 100 % virgin polypropylene resin and thermally entangled with no binder of any kind. A three-layer graded pore design gives a three-dimensional depth effect — high porosity, high dirt-holding capacity and low pressure drop.

The 75 µm and 100 µm curves are effectively coincident with 50 µm. For cartridges of 20" and longer, ΔP at the same total flow falls in proportion to length.
