It adopts high-flow PTFE filter membrane with PFA skeleton, which has precise interception capability from 10nm to 0.2µm. It is resistant to extreme chemicals such as SC1, SC2, 49% HF, HNO3 and NMP, provides ultra-low extractables and excellent temperature resistance (up to 180°C), and is the guardian of advanced process yield.
